The Acoustic All-Stars Festival was founded in 2008 by Melody Pulsipher and Tyler Forsberg of Salt Lake City. As musicians trying to make a name for themselves, they quickly learned that there is a double standard in the music scene. Without a large following, most popular venues will not book you, but in order to build a following, you must perform where the people are.
The Acoustic All-Stars is a festival bulit to help musicians in Utah and surrounding areas network with other musicians to help them share their fan bases and help grow our musical community. In an effort to help newer, very talented musicians get a leg up, and more experienced musicians find some fresh openers, all acts are encouraged to share information, attend each others performances, and just have a lot of fun. 
In 2010 The Acoustic-All Stars was honored to have a stage outside during the Kimball Arts Festival as well as recieved sponsorship from Millcreek Broadcasting's 104.7FM The Point.
